TraininG & Certifications

200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings: Our Yoga Alliance-certified course is designed for personal growth and to sharpen your purpose. This program is great if you aspire to become a yoga teacher or deepen your practice. We don’t intend to add stress to your already busy life – with weekday and weekend formats spread out over eight or nine months, the training is designed for you to take the information step by step and implement it into your life at your own pace.

Upcoming weekday training sessions are during the following eight weeks beginning September 9, 2019 through April 3, 2020 and includes specially scheduled yoga classes for trainees. Training sessions meet Monday through Thursday from 10am to 2pm the first four sessions; Monday through Friday the last four sessions. There are small breaks for snacks and integration. The schedule:

  • September 9-12, 2019

  • October 7-10

  • November 4-7

  • December 2-5

  • January 6-10, 2020

  • February 3-7

  • March 2-6

  • March 30-April 3 (graduation!)

Weekend training begins January 10, 2020 and ends September 13, 2020. Classes meet Friday evening from 6 to 9pm; Saturday from 10am to 8pm; and Sunday from 8am to 6pm.
